You should check with your doctor for the right medication to be given to the child as a doctor will be able to guide you on the right medicine for cold and cough as we don’t recommend you to any medicine to the child without doctors assistance so please get in touch with your doctor get your child examine and proceed with the right medicine that you can offer to the child
