Hello mom first initially start with liquids .. such as dal or rice water or vegetable soups or fresh fruit juices and alternate it with your feed once the baby gets used to it you may move to semi solids and mashed foods .. you have to start with just a few tsp and one time a day first and as the baby is getting used to it you may gradually increase the quantity and variety and number of meals
