what is this white patch near my 7 month old baby lips it's not painful ,& not itching. he is active , feeding well,and drools a lot ,putting everything in mouth . please find the attached photo

White patches can be associated with dryness or deficiency of calcium so it would be good for you to check with your doctor once for sure whatever the situation maybe the doctors can confirm and can help you in advise you with the right solution to the problem
