what is this sir , many spots are present like as on my baby body,I m worried about it please help me.they all are comes after birth not come with birth.

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
