Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it looks like a child got injury there. or having mosquito bite. you can apply very thin layer of coconut oil there. but be careful ,it should not go inside your child ears. and if there is any other symptoms like fever, irritability, discharge from ears then please visit your pediatrician.
