Q.

what is the right dose of paracetamol for a 15 month old baby..weight is 10kgs..And what should be the duration for giving the dose??

A. you can use 10 to 15 milligrams per kg body weight of paracetamol per dose and you can repeat every 6 hours ok Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees

A. You can give about 1.5 ML to the child and along with that you can repeat the dosage again after six hours if it is needed so I would advise you that you go ahead with giving it if the temperature increases or maintains its self after again six hours and you can repeat the dosage
