what is the right diet for one year three month babby. to develop his mental as well as physical growth....and what to do to sharp the mind power of babby

After you baby turns one year old you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. There are no food restrictions now. So try to add everything in babies regular diet plan and give daily routine food to your baby. Baby should take at least four meals in a day. And for brain growth you should start giving almonds and walnuts regularly.
