ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. There could be many reasons like calcium and VitaD deficiency or some other problem so it’s better to consult a pedodontist once abd get a check done to rule out the reason meanwhile start a calcium supplement and give calcification foods

Baby's first tooth can erupt any time in between 4th months to 15th month of age. But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric once. Must get Babyhug teether for your bBy to bite on as that helps in soothing swollen gums.
