there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin D or multi vitamin is required or not

Hi That’s mostly due to some deficiency or changes in the body or allergy or products that you are using it could be any of the reasons behind that but since without proper check up it would be very difficult to comment on kindly consult your paediatrician or a skin doctor for that
