What is the reason for this sort of swelling and itching for my baby on her stomach and thigh area?

A. Hello! It definitely seems to be some kind of allergic reaction. Did it spread to any other part of the body? Try applying calamine lotion to reduce the severity. Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance immediately in this matter.
