My son 3 yr and 10 month old is having fever 103.6 since night and is having a boil sort of rash on his thigh with swelling on thigh and pain around that area. he also vomited twice. Also, he met his cousin who was diagnosed with measles later around 6 days ago. what can be the problem. he is vaccinated with mmr

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic
