what is the reason for discolouration on scrotum area, we applied anti Rash cream for last three days still no change please find attached photo kindly advise at earliest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than six years of age if there is discoloration of the total area you had to see whether baby is having any fungal infections are any loss of superficial skin
