what is the proper diet for kids during this time

A. Dear ma’am, freshly cooked home made foods are all same. Avoid reheating and refrigerating foods. Avoid oily and fried foods and packaged foods. Make sure to provide adequate fluids and insist on doing pranayama every day atleast once and 10-15 minutes sun light exposure in the morning
