Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. please do cold sponging of the baby if the temperature is high and can you paracetamol syrup every 6 hourly Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
