ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. baby is 3 years 10 to 17 kg is normal according to average parameters Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements
