Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. rs3100 you can go for either painless vaccine or painful vaccine because both have got same effectiveness and efficacy and immunity. painlesss vaccines usually do not cause fever while in painful vaccine fever and pain will continue for 2 or 3 days. according to your preference you can choose any one of them
