what is the menu for my child to be healthy?

A. Example of Menu- Feed them every 2-3hrs according to their hunger. *Ragi porridge in morning *1 egg or any fruit (pieces/puree) *Your breakfast (adjust spice acc to baby) *Rice and any vegetable or dal *Any boiled veggies/pulses/curd rice *Chapati/Roti/your dinner try to add 1 fruit, a veggie and 1 pulses a day. And also add milk to their food instead of feeding milk alone. And also curd once in a day.

A. Hello mom Now your baby is more than one year old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan because there are no food restrictions now. So you should add everything in babies diet and just try to give daily routine put to your baby. Baby should take at least four meals in a day so maintain a diet plan according to that

A. There Is no such menu for the child at this age you should be giving everything prepared at home in general course of life whatever it is in terms of all the three males whatever the family is eating the same kind of food or other summer say the same food should be given to the child as well
