NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can give kid 3 meals in a DAY and include khicadi kanji rice dal upma curds ghee which are all healthy and nutritious along with fryits and vegetables which can help on the growth if the child and alsp safe too and give a well balanced food in the diet
