Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. hey mommy the birth weight of a baby will be 4 times by the time they are 3 years old. make sure your baby is having well balanced meals. atleast 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis the ideal weight range for 3 year old is 13-14.6kgs
