Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 4 years old girl can weigh around 12 to 14 kgs. And this also totally depends on child's hereditary. As long as child is active so child is indicated as healthy. Good luck and take care
