Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, You can't alter height as it is genetic phenomenon dear. Weight should be in the range of 15-18 kg. Give weight gaining food like paneer oats mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree ghee in dal cheese eggs etc. Add more proteins and calcium rich diet.
