A. Hello! For breakfast, you can give Idly with Sambar, Dosa with Chutney, vegetable Paratha, vegetable upma. For lunch, you can give Dal chawal, roti Sabzi, Rasam, rice, and so on for dinner too, you can repeat the same as lunch
