A. At 15 months old, your baby should have a well-balanced diet consisting of solid foods and milk. Here’s a suggested feeding schedule: Feeding Schedule for a 15-Month-Old Baby 1. Early Morning (6:30 – 7:30 AM) Breast milk or 150-180 ml cow’s milk/formula 1-2 soaked almonds or raisins (if introduced) 2. Breakfast (8:30 – 9:30 AM) Soft idli with curd Dosa with ghee Oats porridge with fruit Whole wheat pancake with banana 3. Mid-Morning Snack (11:00 – 11:30 AM) Seasonal fruit (banana, apple, papaya, chikoo, pear) Greek yogurt Makhana (fox nuts) or puffed rice 4. Lunch (1:00 – 1:30 PM) Dal khichdi with ghee Rice with dal and veggies Roti with mashed sabzi Curd rice Soft boiled egg (if non-vegetarian) 5. Afternoon Snack (4:00 – 4:30 PM) Steamed sweet potato Vegetable soup Cheese slice or paneer cubes Smoothie with banana and milk 6. Dinner (7:00 – 7:30 PM) Soft roti with dal Vegetable upma Moong dal dosa Oats porridge 7. Night Time (9:00 – 10:00 PM) Breast milk or 150 ml cow’s milk/formula before sleep Important Tips ✔ Offer water throughout the day (500-700 ml) ✔ Continue breastfeeding or formula if needed ✔ Avoid processed and sugary foods ✔ Encourage self-feeding with finger foods Would you like me to customize the schedule based on your baby’s eating habits?
