what is the correct age to start using animal milk in baby food recipes? Can we add salt and jaggery to baby food for baby less than an year old

U Can use animal milk specially How’s milk after the age of six months to prepare recipes but for direct consumption it can only be given after the age of 12 months not before that and yes you cannot jaggery to the food and salt also if you want to a lot of doctors say no but a lot of doctors do say yes husband well
