Q.

people say not to add salt and sugar in babies food tull one year of age. then why does ur 8months recipe video recommend salt in all recipes?

A. hi, Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. And babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children. Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children. Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes. You can add natural sweetener in baby food- Any fruit can be added to baby food to make them naturally sweet Dates Syrup (After 8 months) Honey (After 1 year)

A. You can add salt and all the necessary spices Desi ghee and every thing into doubt just avoid sugar for sweetness instead you can go for jaggery powder that is going to be a better option that you can use throughout all change always better than using white sugar
