Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it maybe because of many factors like behaviour issues or any hearing defect or maybe some other development Al disordershere you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

Hello Sometimes when the vocal glands are not developed properly over the period this could lead to delay or speed but I could be other reasons also this is one basic reason which is the most common so you can consult a speech therapist or an ENT doctor ones
