What is the best way to give the calcium deficiency in children to them in a natural way? How to strengthen the bones of children who do not like to drink milk when they are 3 years old. In which way to keep the bones of the children and their body good.

A. Few foods which are rich source of calcium are sesame seeds ragi nuts sabudana makhana figs curd puffed rice can also be given to the child as a snack take care
