A. a balanced nutritious diet consisting of variety of food groups especiallyally calcium foods , milk and its products curd paneer, almonds, amaranth or rajgira vegetable and atta, soya ragi, drumstick leaves, broccoli, bhindi adequate exposure to sunlight
