NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. hello you should maintain a proper hygiene and make sure to change the diaper once in every 4 hours or earlier if soiled and also apply Moms Co natural diaper rash cream during every diaper change which acts as a barrier between the baby skin and wetness to prevent the diaper rashes
