EVion or Nmfe vitamin E cream is a better choice than moisturiser it is tried and tested it’s a pharma product and recommended by Dr also skin is extremely extremely dry then you should apply it with a gap of 3 to 4 hours so the skin gain its nourishment and moisturising over the period
