what is the best moisturizer and body lotion for dry skin for my 6 yrs baby boy and 4 yrs baby girl..can u suggest soaps also.

Evion or Nmfe vitamin E cream is going to be one of the best option that you can use I have personally seen both the cream works wonders for dry skin skin too dry applied every two or three hours to begin with a number of application when the skin become better
