What is social smiling, does social smiling means baby has to look at mom and smile?

A. Social smiling is basically something that starts after completing the age of three months with the child gets its proper vision so they look around and that’s when they can feel that something is around so they just give random smile here and there it is not for the mother only it can be for anybody anything also
