A. It is difficult to diagnose from a photo alone. It could be impetigo (a bacterial skin infection), infected eczema, or contact dermatitis. Since the pediatrician has already referred you to a dermatologist, please don't delay the visit. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dry, avoid applying multiple creams without medical advice, and prevent the baby from scratching it. If the rash spreads quickly, develops yellow crusting, involves the eye, or the baby has fever, seek immediate medical care. Wishing your baby a speedy recovery

A. It’s looking like some kind of an allergy infection even I would recommend you to visit a dermatologist since you’ve already visited your doctor and tried number of creams nothing is happening try dermatologist or you can even try homoeopathy
