what is low lying placenta. Is it risky ?

A. Usually the Placenta will be located in the upper part of the uterus but sometimes it may be in the lower part and near the opening of the cervix. If it is located like that then when there is a dilatation of the cervix during the process of delivery it might bleed a lotWrite Your Answer Here

A. Yes It does I was on issues which is why when there is low lying placenta doctors do advise you to take proper bed rest and everything sometimes it could lead to an early delivery also there could be lot of things but I cannot give you a guarantee for anything because it would completely depend on the situation that you are a doctor can advise you correctly
