Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello good afternoon !! The ideal weight of one year baby should be 7.5 - 11 kg. If the baby is active and reaches milestones then no need to worry about weight. Give calcium and protein rich ,good fat foods for weight gain. Dals/kichdi,curd,cerelac,paneer,ghee, nuts powder or dry fruit ladoo /barfi with dates powder or dates purie.
