what is good food for summer time, how to keep kids hydrated and mainten nutrition at the same time

A. U Should focus on giving good amount of liquid diet to the child on an every day basis because it is going to be very important to maintain hydration in the body and during the summer season the appetite of the child becomes less so if you give good amount of water then your child will never face dehydration and the appetite is also going to be good
