what is diet plan for 2nd & 3rd month of pregnancy

A. Hi dear Mom, it is important to include at least one fruit, five bowls of vegetable, one serving of nuts, two katori of Dal's and channa varities, two- three servings of milk and milk products and green leafy vegetables four times a week. Non veg can be taken as per wish. but fried, sugary and high calorie foods should be avoided
