what is balanced diet for Dheerav it seems that his height is short....

A. Dear mum, a balanced diet should include variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables, green beans vegetables. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese which are good source of calcium, protein. Eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken, fish. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Variety of grains, cereal, pulses and legumes. Add ghee to baby’s food.
