A. Dear ma’am, emphasise on regular family foods . Provide three meals and two healthy snacks daily. Limit the milk intake. Include protein and a healthy fat + fiber rich foods with every meal. Dal, bean varieties, dairy products, egg , leafy greens, fruits, etc to be included
