A. Hai good morning !! 3 meals and 2 snacks are suggested. Calorie rich,high protein foods for weight gain,muscle and bones strength. Fruits,vegetables,cereals for vitamin,minerals and metabolism. Cereal or grain based breakfast /egg ,any fruit for mid morning snack. Lunch,dinner Rice,roti with dal,sabji or egg or meat or paneer,salad ,curd. Any healthy snack,fruits .
