A. Namaste Mom, toddlers by this age around can be given all family foods as such , include foods from vaired food groups as such, so foods such as rice, roti, dal, millets, seasonal fruits , vegetables, legumes such as chana, rajma etc , you can also give dry fruits , nuts , seeds, panner, curds, soya , tofu , eggs, fish etc
