Actually infants are strictly restricted from watching screen (0-2 years) as there are many disadvantages like eye sight, hearing, speech issues
For 2-3 years kids they can have television screen time for an hour that to at a 10-15 m away distance with audible sounds .
As your baby is just 5 months old so don't allow screen time either TV or mobile , other disadvantage is radiation due to using mobile...
