ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. take 3 part of washed and dried rice and one part dal dry roast it , powder and store in airtight container . then this powder can be roasted with ghee and then cooked with water to which mashed vegetables can be added or can cook with milk.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. try to use just one kind of cereal and you can start with ragi which would be best and it is also easily digested by the child along with you can also be giving your child fruits and vegetable puree and latest start other cereal which would be better and safe
