ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Depends on the location of the pain. Sometimes it could be Braxton Hicks contractions and sometimes it could happen because of dehydration,appendicitis,renal stone etc. Better consult your doctor
