Dr Bharati digoleMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. mild pain in pregnancy in first 12week is normal this pain because of your uterus is expanding,due to harmonal changes, ligament streching, constipation, blotting
but if u have a continue pain with some spotting ,or burning in urine then visit your Gynaecologist.

Sometimes A little bit pain can happen that’s normal but still since your child wife is in the early pregnancy you should get a check with your doctor once with a proper sonography or checkup only we can come to know why there is this pain so please consult your gynaecologist please
