Then somewhere the growth is going to get hampered because the kind of nutrients and supplements fruits and vegetables are going to give you would not be complete without giving them which is why fruits and vegetables are extremely important to be consumed every day whether it is a child or an adult adult because it has lot of vitamins and minerals which is very important for the growth
