For gaining weight, add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews, dates banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut, egg, chicken
Make sure to avoid Biscuits, waffers bakery products, chips chocolate
Donot allow binge feeding for kids.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, rice, dals and ragi in the diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
