Q.

what I do my 7 month baby has lactose intolerance issue dr give lactose free formula for temporary...than dr told me start again similac stage 2....can I increase his solid food

A. fish with soft bones, such as canned salmon or sardines. broccoli and leafy green vegetables. oranges. almonds, Brazil nuts, and dried beans. tofu. products with labels that show they have added calcium, such as some cereals, fruit juices, and soy milk. you can all these but start slowly one by one

A. General advice for introducing Lactose-free solids Solid food should be introduced by 6 months of age (not before 17 weeks of age). Start with a few teaspoons once/twice a day of baby rice, puréed plain fruit and/or vegetables.
