There are no food restrictions as such during pregnancy, unless suggested otherwise by your doctor taking into consideration any of health complication. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. You can take good quality and quantity of protein.
