A. Namaste Mam, Prefer to have home made fresh foods and along with that natural foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables and nuts and seeds too. avoid very high spicy and oily foods and any sort of packaged foods as well as they contain preservatives

A. Lots of green vegetables and fruits ( except papayas and pineapple) curd in any form, coconut water for hydration , dry fruits ( makhana and soaked anjeer and almond.

A. Hello! There are no food restrictions as such during pregnancy, unless suggested otherwise by your doctor taking into consideration any of health complication. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. You can take good quality and quantity of protein.
