you can give fresh fruit juice
of any seasonal fruits as such but it is always preferable to give the whole fruit as such in mashed form or with the pulp

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl4 weeks agoA. You can give in any number that you want or any fruit of your choice there is no problem but it is not advisable to give juices they have really high content of natural sugar which can generate sugar rush and that’s not healthy for your child
